We believe that our pastoral support is second to none! Every member of staff in the School is committed to ensuring that children are happy and settled. Small class sizes enable staff to notice even slight changes in a child’s well-being and we have a close relationship with parents and an ‘open door’ policy to enable any concerns, however small, to be discussed immediately. Our specialist learning support centre – The Bridge – is at the centre of our School and children are able to refer themselves as well as being referred by their teacher should they have any worries regarding the curriculum. In addition, we take the mental health of all our students very seriously and we have an on-site qualified counsellor who works with children and their parents on any aspect affecting their emotional wellbeing.
